One basic model - three variants
lifgo®, lifgo® linear, and lifgo® double share the same basic design, allowing replacement, expansion, and flexible system design without a problem.
New 4-way roller guide for the gear rack on lifgo®
This design allows higher loads and lower operating noise levels.
Adjustable precision with eccentric configuration
You can adjust the tooth flank clearance and precision yourself with the "eccentric" configuration.
Higher resisting torque for more transverse force bearing capacity
lifgo® 5 can support greater transverse loads, thanks to its higher resistance torque.
Four standard pinion shafts for creative system designs
Four standard pinion shafts - profile (PW), shafts on one or both sides (ZA 1/ZA 2), and a bore with hollow keyway (PFN) - are available for all sizes of lifgo® and lean SL®.
Longer service life for durable use
We have made the new lifgo® generation even more durable - it now has a significantly longer service life.
Gear rack protection - simpler and more flexible
The gear rack protection, which is needed for high levels of contamination or dust, has been
simplified. The protection can be used more flexibly. The installation has been converted from a difficult Velcro design to a simple, secure screwed attachment.
Simple installation with few accessories
lifgo® is simpler to install: 40% of the previously required accessory parts have been eliminated.
More options thanks to flexible mounting
Mounting options have been expanded, making installation more variable.
Compatibility for flexible design
lifgo® and lean SL® are now compatible - the two lifter ranges can be combined in one system. Each series has its strengths, and the combination can yield the optimal result for your lifting application.
lifgo® is also available as lifgo® double, lifgo® linear and lifgo® linear double. The eccentric version (reduced play) completes the range of articles.
