Accessories lifgo®

 

The systematic modular construction of our lifgo® and lean SL® series requires only a few accessory components. All accessories have been further simplified for Generation 5. All parts are perfectly matched, thereby reducing the cost of your project.

Accessories lifgo®

  • Gear racks
  • Gear rack protection (also suitable for use in welding areas)
  • Gear rack retaining plate AZ for a rigid connection between the mounted parts and the gear rack
  • Guide block: for support and guidance
  • Guide rails: without or with holes for screw attachment from the „top" or the „bottom"

Identical accessories lifgo® und lean SL®:

  • Differential coupling: adjustable tie rod as horizontal or vertical connection between two gear racks
  • Coupling unit: coupling for tension and compression, which connects the gear rack to an air or electric cylinder. The unit consists of two parts: The coupling sleeve is screwed to the gear rack, and the coupling nut is threaded onto the piston rod of the cylinder. Various thread sizes are available to match the mating threads.
  • Profile shafts: for rotationally rigid connections between several lifters (PW version). At the same time, the profile shaft ensures the synchronicity and alignment of the pinions of connected lifters.
  • Set collars: secure profile shafts in the axial direction
  • Sliding sleeves: for installing lifgo® or lean SL® in gearboxes with hollow shafts/shrink discs. Profile shafts with sliding sleeves create a form-fit. Rotationally rigid connection between lifters and gearmotors.
  • Rotary reinforcements: in cases of large axis spacing or high torsional forces rotary reinforcements prevent asynchronous behavior in the lifting system due to twisting or torsion of the profile shafts.
  • Shaft adapter & profile shaft adapter: for rotationally rgid connection between the gearbox and the profile shaft/lifter. The profile shaft adapter is also available individually, if the gearbox connection is going to be made by the customer.
  • Universal joints/drive shafts: The universal joints (DIN 808-G) and drive shafts are designed for rigid torque transmission in case of differences in height and alignment errors.
  • Couplings, gearmotors, cylinders: We also provide and lay out the required couplings, bell gearboxes, motors, gearboxes, and/ or air cylinders and other purchased or accessory parts for our lifting, transfer, and synchronized systems.
